In the next three weeks, I must:

-write two papers, one at least 10 pages, one 6-9. I have good starts on both, but man do they need editing.

-take 6 finals. luckily, only one is cumulative. still, that’s a lot of tests.

-finish up all the readings for all my classes

-fill out four scholarship applications

-attend and do write ups on 5 extra credit activities, and also do an extra credit bio lab. a few of my grades could really use the boost.

-attend two orientations. KIIS and First Year Guide. For KIIS, i have to fill out two chapters in a workbook.

-work the HSC book and media sale for 7 hours total.

-do a community service activity with my hall

-hang out with my little a handful of times

-go to one more mentoring session

-work 18 hours each week

-pack up to go home.

The end of this semester is gonna kill me, but I think I can do it. In fact, I spent all work yesterday coming up with a metaphor for it. It’s like I’m walking through a bad part of town (the crazy amounts of stuff i’m involved in) to get to a beautiful event in a city park (my successful future). Out of nowhere, End of the Semester pops out and kicks my ass and hands it to me, then runs off. However, while I’m lying on the ground, not much more than bruised and bloody flesh, the police show up and manage to arrest and convict EOTS. He goes to jail, and although I’m temporarily disfigured (my brain is a pile of mush), because he’s punished too, I win in the end (keep my 4.0).

Yeah. Basically.
