My thighs are going to hurt so bad tomorrow. But I’m totally ok with it. They are being very uncooperative in this whole toning thing, and they need to shape up (pun intended)!

25 minutes on the elliptical

10 forward lunges right side, 10 forward left side

10 side lunges right, 10 side left

10 squats of the pattern squat, right leg lift to side, squat, left leg lift to side (for outer thighs)

10 straight squats

Repeat immediately. except on the second set of the first squats, i did inner thigh. 

Ouch. But good ouch.
